H.M. Chan & Co in association with Taylor Wessing has advised Ballas Capital Limited on the IPO submission of Monkey Tree Group Holdings Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Monkey Tree Group is a leading children English language learning course provider headquartered in Hong Kong.

The team was led by partners Mark Chan and Jennifer Ng, counsel Avis Lau, associate Calvin Lam, and associate Francine Chang.
