H.M. Chan & Co in association with Taylor Wessing recently represented Fortune Financial Capital Limited as the sponsor’s counsel on the initial public offering of GHW International on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. GHW International is an applied chemical intermediates provider in the integrated chemical services market in China.

The team was led by partners Mark Chan and Jennifer Ng, counsel Avis Lau, and associates Calvin Lam and Karen Wat.
