H.M. Chan & Co in association with Taylor Wessing has advised as Hong Kong legal counsel on the IPO submission of The O&G Specialists Limited on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The O&G Specialists is one of the leading private obstetrics and gynaecology (O&G) medical care and infertility management service providers operating two Clinics in Singapore.

The team was led by partners Mark Chan and Jennifer Ng, counsel Avis Lau, and associate Francine Chang.
