H.M. Chan & Co in association with Taylor Wessing has advised as Hong Kong legal counsel on the IPO submission of AM Aerospace Holdings Ltd. on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. AM Aerospace is an established, independent stockist distributor in the civil aerospace industry specializing in C-class aircraft parts headquartered in Singapore.
